Soft, intense and persistent body, sweet clean and quite dry.
Total withering with hanging grapes for about 4 months, subsequent fermentation at controlled temperature, aging for 2 years first in barriques then in tonneaux.
Typical wine for the end of the meal. Recommended with dry pastry desserts .
