VINE
Verdicchio, indigenous clone.
COLOUR
Intense deep white with amber reflections.
SCENT
Very intense with hints of almond, jam, with nuances of vanilla and honey.
TASTE
Soft, intense and persistent body, sweet clean and quite dry.
WINEMAKING
Total withering with hanging grapes for about 4 months, subsequent fermentation at controlled temperature, aging for 2 years first in barriques then in tonneaux.
FOOD PAIRING
Typical wine for the end of the meal. Recommended with dry pastry desserts .
