VINE
Lacrima, indigenous clone of Morro d’Alba, from vineyards with a maximum yield of 60 ql/ha .
COLOUR
Very intense ruby red.
SCENT
Very intense with hints of rose, violet and wild berries.
TASTE
With intense spices, full bodied, persistent, smooth and balanced.
WINEMAKING
Short maceration in red wine, followed by fermentation in white wine at controlled temperature, aging for 3 months in bottle.
FOOD PAIRING
Important dishes in general, spicy and aromatic white and red meats.
