COLOUR
Very intense ruby red.

SCENT
Intense with hints of rose, violet and wild berries.

TASTE
Soft, full-bodied, intense and persistent.

WINEMAKING
Short maceration in red, followed by fermentation in white at controlled temperature.

FOOD PAIRING
Game, cold cuts, Lasagna, spicy cheeses, roasted red meat, fish soups with rich seasonings .

SERVING TEMPERATURE
12-14°C if young and 16-18°C if ripe.
