COLOUR
Straw yellow with greenish reflections.

SCENT
Fresh, fragrant, persistent with hints of bitter almond.

TASTE
Dry, soft, floral with a bitter aftertaste.

WINEMAKING
In white with soft pressing and immediate cleaning of the must, followed by fermentation at controlled temperature.

FOOD PAIRING
Appetizers, first courses in general, fish and white meat. Excellent also as a dessert.

Verdicchio Classico Superiore, as opposed to Verdicchio Classico, comes from selected grapes of the best vineyards, therefore the above-mentioned characteristics may be considered the same, however the former has better qualities than the latter.
