VINE
Verdicchio, indigenous clone of Morro d’Alba 100%.

COLOUR
White, quite amber.

SCENT
Very intense with hints of mature white flowers.

TASTE
Very intense and persistent body, soft and balanced.

WINEMAKING
The grapes are dried for 4 months in a special ventilated room, the winemaking process is made in stainless steel tanks, the wine is aged for 2 years in barriques and for 2 years in tonneaux, and it is refined for 3 months in bottle.

FOOD PAIRING
Excellent with seasonal cheeses or liver-based preparations.
