NAME
Grappa obtained from the distillation of pomace from Lacrima di Morro d’Alba D.O.C. indigenous clone, aged for 5 years in barriques.
DISTILLATION
Very fresh, unpressed distilled pomace, very rich in must.
STILL
Discontinuous indirect steam plant, made of stainless steel and copper.
SCENT
Fragrant, aromatic, scented, with clear scents of the vine of origin, integrated with the softness given by the wood.
TASTE
Fine, soft, very intense and persistent.
