Fresh, fragrant, persistent with hints of bitter almonds.

TASTE
Dry, soft, floral with slightly bitter aftertaste.

WINEMAKING
In white with soft pressing and immediate cleaning of the must, followed by fermentation at controlled temperature.

FOOD PAIRING
Appetizers, first courses in general, fish and white meat. Excellent also as a dessert.
