Very fresh, unpressed distilled pomace, very rich in must.

Stainless steel and copper discontinuous indirect steam plant.
SCENT
Fragrant, aromatic, delicately scented, with clean hints of rose and violet, typical of the grape variety of origin.
TASTE
Fine, soft, rightly intense, very persistent.
