“… sometimes passion chooses to create things that are only daughters of emotions, sometimes emotions arise from lived history, which is the sum of many daily experiences, …”
The grapes vinified in the 2008 harvest, only pure Lacrima, then the wine slowly matured until 2010 when we distilled it and immediately put it into 4 toasted wood barrels of 225 liters, until April 2024, when we diluted it from 78.5 to 71 degrees of our Brandy Terre dei Goti before bottling it.
We always work using Time, our best quality tool, a chiseler of sensory beauty, creator of organoleptic harmonies.
